Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 41-752 to expand political activities permitted for state employees by changing "permitted" to "allowed" throughout the statute.

Removes the prohibition on state employees being members of political party committees, officers of partisan political clubs, or participating in management of political parties and campaigns.

Adds explicit permission for employees to serve as members of national, state or local committees of political parties and as officers or chairpersons of partisan political club committees.

Clarifies that employees may engage in and manage the affairs of any political party or manage partisan or nonpartisan campaign or recall efforts, with existing exceptions remaining for certain designated positions.

Maintains existing prohibitions on using political endorsements for appointments, using official authority to influence votes, and protections against coercion or discrimination based on political activity choices.
