Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 13-2204 regarding defrauding secured creditors.

Defines defrauding secured creditors as knowingly destroying, removing, concealing, encumbering, converting, selling, obtaining, transferring, controlling or otherwise dealing with property subject to a security interest with intent to hinder or prevent enforcement of that interest.

Classifies defrauding secured creditors as a class 6 felony.

Provides that "control" has the same meaning as prescribed by section 13-1801 for purposes of this statute.
