Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 32-2123 regarding applications for real estate broker and salesperson licenses.

Requires applicants to include their legal name, residence address, and any derivatives of their first or middle name or nicknames regularly used for advertising purposes on license applications.

Maintains existing requirements for applicants to disclose employment history, criminal convictions, prior license denials or suspensions, controlled corporations, and social security numbers or federal tax identification numbers.

Requires applicants to provide information establishing character, including prior criminal records, valid fingerprint clearance cards, and affidavits regarding any involvement with bankrupt land development companies.

Became effective April 17, 2019.
