Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 41-1750 to require the Department of Public Safety to collect information on criminal offenses manifesting evidence of prejudice based on race, color, religion, national origin, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or disability.

Updates the requirement for law enforcement agencies to provide the department with information concerning crimes that manifest evidence of prejudice to include gender identity or expression alongside existing protected categories.

Applies the expanded hate crime reporting requirements to both the statewide uniform crime reporting program and cooperation with the federal government uniform crime reporting program.

Specifies that the amendments create no cause of action or right to bring a discrimination lawsuit based on sexual orientation.
