Adds autism spectrum disorder to the list of debilitating medical conditions that qualify patients for medical marijuana use in Arizona.

Makes technical corrections to Arizona Revised Statutes sections 36-2801 and 36-2804.05, including grammatical changes and clarifications to definitions and registry identification card denial procedures.

Clarifies that marijuana incidental to medical use but not usable marijuana does not count toward a patient's or designated caregiver's allowable amount.

Requires at least three-fourths affirmative vote in both houses of the legislature for this amendment to take effect, per Arizona Constitution requirements.
