Amends Arizona law to allow owners of permanently affixed mobile homes to record either an affidavit of affixture or a notice of mobile home with the county recorder.

A notice of mobile home requires only the vehicle identification number and legal description of the property, with county recorders prohibited from charging more than $10 to record it.

An affidavit of affixture continues to require vehicle identification numbers, legal property description, prior tax history, security interest information, and a department of transportation receipt.

Mobile homes identified in a recorded affidavit of affixture shall be assessed as personal property under Arizona law.
