Repeals Arizona Revised Statutes section 28-2007, which established a highway safety fee.

Removes reference to monies deposited pursuant to section 28-2007 from the Arizona highway patrol fund sources in section 41-1752.

The Arizona highway patrol fund will continue to receive monies from the Arizona highway user revenue fund, service fees, rewards, awards, insurance recoveries, property sales, and other specified sources.

The patrol superintendent will continue to administer and spend Arizona highway patrol fund monies subject to legislative appropriation and state financial operation laws.
