Amends Arizona law regarding trademark and service mark registration applications to require applicants to include their email address along with business address information.

Adds new requirement for trademark applicants to certify they have conducted a search confirming the mark does not resemble existing registered marks or previously used trade names in Arizona that could cause confusion or deception.

Adds new requirement for trademark applicants to disclose whether they previously sought United States patent and trademark office registration and, if denied, the reasons for denial.

Adds new requirement for trade name applicants to certify they have conducted a search confirming the trade name is distinguishable from other names on file with the secretary of state and from existing corporate names or reserved names under Arizona law.

Makes minor grammatical and pronoun updates, including replacing "his" with "the applicant's" to reflect gender-neutral language.
