Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 32-2121 to clarify grammar and language regarding exceptions to real estate licensing requirements.

Makes technical corrections including changing "no" to "not," "in the employ of" to "employed by," and "in the performance of" to "performing" throughout the statute.

Updates language describing residential leasing agents and on-site managers to clarify they may receive bonuses based on performance without violating exemptions from licensing requirements.

Maintains all existing substantive exemptions from real estate licensing for various categories including attorneys, governmental employees, communications media, property managers, and others.

Clarifies that the article does not apply to persons soliciting short-term occupancies of 31 or fewer days in dwelling units.
