Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 6-122 regarding the Department of Financial Institutions superintendent's examination authority.

Adds requirement for superintendent to examine enterprises, consumer lenders, and premium finance companies at their discretion to ensure compliance with 10 United States Code Section 987 (Military Lending Act).

Clarifies that the discretionary examination authority in paragraph 3 does not apply to compliance examinations under the Military Lending Act, which are governed by the new paragraph 8.

Maintains existing examination frequencies for financial institutions, including annual exams for most institutions and at least once every 24 months for banks, credit unions, and savings and loan associations.
