Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 23-1026 to allow master's level clinicians to perform workers' compensation medical examinations, in addition to physicians.

Maintains existing requirements that employees submit to medical examinations when requested by the commission, employer, or insurance carrier at reasonably convenient locations.

Preserves employee protections including the right to have a personal physician present at examinations and the ability to request protective orders for unnecessary or duplicative examinations.

Clarifies that physicians and clinicians performing examinations are protected from unprofessional conduct complaints based on disagreements with their examination findings and opinions.
