Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Title 41, chapter 6, article 11 by adding section 41-1093.05 regarding occupational licensing notices.

Requires state agencies to prominently post on their website and print on license applications, license denials, cease and desist orders, and other communications asserting a person needs a license a specific notice.

Notice must inform applicants of their right under section 41-1093.01 to petition the agency to repeal or modify occupational regulations that are not demonstrated to be necessary to fulfill public health, safety, or welfare concerns.

Notice must also inform applicants of their right to bring a court action challenging occupational regulations and ensuring agency compliance with statutory requirements.
