Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 34-255 regarding convicted persons and contracting employment restrictions.

A person convicted of violating section 34-252 is ineligible to enter into contracts with any governmental agency for up to three years from the date of conviction, either as a direct contractor/supplier or indirectly as a subcontractor.

Modifies language to allow the court discretion to prescribe that a convicted person not be employed by a corporation as an officer, director, employee, or agent if that corporation engages in public work contracts with governmental agencies.

Makes technical corrections to the statute, including correcting a misspelled word ("corporaton" to "corporation") and clarifying the court's authority in imposing employment restrictions.
