Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 49-117 to correct the grammar in the supplemental environmental project requirements statute.

Changes "apply" to "applies" to correct the verb agreement with the singular subject "any of the following" in the nexus determination provision.

Maintains all substantive requirements that supplemental environmental projects must advance environmental statute objectives and establish an adequate nexus to the violation.

Preserves the three existing conditions for establishing nexus: reducing likelihood of similar future violations, reducing adverse impacts to public health or environment, or reducing overall risk to public health or environment.
