Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 33-422 to modify the affidavit of disclosure requirements for sellers of five or fewer parcels of land in unincorporated county areas.

Adds new item 13 to the disclosure form requiring sellers to disclose whether the property has solar energy devices that are leased or owned, and to provide leasing company contact information if applicable.

Includes notice to buyers that they are responsible for verifying proper replacement and disposal methods for solar energy devices on the property.

Corrects and reorganizes numbering of subsequent disclosure items (renumbering former items 13-20 to items 14-21) to accommodate the new solar energy device disclosure requirement.

Maintains existing requirements that sellers furnish the affidavit at least seven days before property transfer, that buyers may rescind within five days of receiving it, and that the affidavit must be recorded with the deed.
