Department of Economic Security must prepare an annual public health program beneficiary employer report by February 1 identifying the 50 employers in Arizona with the highest number of employees receiving public assistance.

Report covers employees who received public assistance through Arizona Health Care Cost Containment System, Arizona long-term care system, Children's Health Insurance Program, or Temporary Assistance for Needy Families in the previous calendar year.

Report must include employer name and address, employer size, number of beneficiary employees and their dependents by assistance type, cost to state of benefits, and whether employer offered health benefits to beneficiary employees.

Report must be submitted to legislative leadership, health and human services committee chairs, governor, and secretary of state, but cannot include individual beneficiary names and must comply with Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act privacy standards.

Act is titled the "Fair Share Employer Disclosure Act."
