Establishes a publicly accessible electronic database maintained by the Department of Public Safety to record all contacts between peace officers and elected or appointed public officials in Arizona.

Requires the chief law enforcement officer (or designee) from each city, town, and county to submit information about each contact including the official's name, location, date/time, and basis for the contact.

Provides a searchable database link on the Department of Public Safety's website accessible to the public.

Subjects peace officers who fail to comply with reporting requirements to discipline.

Defines "contact" as a lawful detention or stop for investigating a moving traffic violation, section 28-701.02 violation, or title 28 chapter 4 offense that does not result in a citation or arrest.
