Adds Chapter 6 to Title 18 of the Arizona Revised Statutes governing data collection by websites and software applications.

Requires websites or software applications (including subsidiaries) that collect data using a device's microphone or camera to disclose the type of data being collected to the user at the time of request.

Requires disclosure of the reason data is being collected at the time the user requests to use the microphone or camera.

Mandates disclosure when collected data will be used for commercial purposes, with such disclosure provided at the time the user requests microphone or camera access.
