Adds sexual orientation and gender identity as protected classes in Arizona's civil rights laws covering employment, housing, and public accommodations.

Defines "sexual orientation" as homosexuality, heterosexuality or bisexuality, and "gender identity" as gender-related identity, appearance, mannerisms or characteristics regardless of designated sex at birth.

Extends protections to prohibit discrimination in employment practices, hiring, compensation, labor unions, apprenticeship programs, and employment advertising based on sexual orientation and gender identity.

Extends protections to prohibit discrimination in housing, including sale, rental, financing, and brokerage services based on sexual orientation and gender identity.

Clarifies that when sex is a bona fide occupational qualification, individuals must be recognized as qualified based on their gender identity.
