Allows licensed pharmacists in Arizona to prescribe and administer specific treatments to patients age 6 and older, including tuberculin skin tests, FDA-approved medications for influenza or strep throat, certain allergy and cold medications, and extensions of routine chronic medications for 30-60 days.

Requires pharmacists to be board certified and meet all requirements established by the Arizona State Board of Pharmacy through rulemaking.

Mandates pharmacists report treatment administration to the patient's primary care provider or physician within 48 hours and maintain treatment records.

Protects primary care providers and physicians from liability for adverse reactions or negative outcomes from pharmacist-administered treatments given without the provider's prescription.

Requires the Department of Health Services to establish a list of additional treatments pharmacists may administer only with a prescription order, with initial rules to be adopted within six months and one public hearing required.
