Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 13-901 regarding probation monthly fees for adults granted probation in superior, justice, and municipal courts.

Changes probation fee determination process to allow courts to assess a monthly fee of not less than $65, or a lesser fee, or waive the fee entirely after determining a probationer's inability to pay or indigency status.

Clarifies that probation fees are not subject to surcharge and must be deposited in the adult probation services fund to supplement salaries of probation and surveillance officers and support court probation department programs and services.

Applies fee assessment requirements to supervised probation in justice and municipal courts, and to all probation types in superior courts.
