• Establishes a study committee on missing and murdered indigenous women and girls with 19 members including four House members, four Senate members, attorney general, public safety director, and representatives from law enforcement, victim advocacy, tribal governments, and indigenous service organizations.

• Committee is tasked with conducting comprehensive study to reduce violence against indigenous women and girls, including tracking data on missing and murdered indigenous women and girls.

• Committee shall review policies, practices, and prosecutorial trends affecting indigenous women and girls; identify barriers to state resources; and propose culturally appropriate victim services and legislation.

• Committee must submit report on activities and recommendations to governor, legislature, and secretary of state by November 1, 2020.
