Amends Arizona Revised Statutes sections 32-2071 and 32-2071.01 regarding state board of psychologist examiners licensure requirements.

Modifies doctoral program coursework requirements to accept "graduate-level coursework or equivalent evaluated educational or practical experience" instead of specifying minimum hour thresholds (3+ semester hours, 5+ quarter hours, or 6+ trimester hours).

Updates accreditation recognition to include the Psychological Clinical Science Accreditation System in addition to existing American Psychological Association accreditation standards for qualifying doctoral programs.

Allows applicants holding valid credentials from the National Register of Health Service Providers in Psychology to meet licensure requirements by demonstrating five years of independent doctoral-level practice, in addition to existing credential pathways.

Makes minor technical corrections including grammar and language updates (changing "per cent" to "percent," "assure" to "ensure," and clarifying supervision and training terminology throughout).
