Amends Arizona law governing defensive driving school certification by the Supreme Court to restrict common ownership of multiple certified schools in the state.

Prohibits owners with common ownership interests in multiple certified defensive driving schools from listing more than one school on the Supreme Court's website or state-sponsored advertisements.

Requires the Supreme Court to place only one school on the official list for owners who had multiple schools certified as of the amendment's effective date, with other schools permanently barred from state advertising.

Defines "common ownership or use of assets" to include web servers, databases, equipment, stock, LLC memberships, partnership interests, and beneficial trust interests.

Authorizes the Supreme Court to revoke a school's certification for violating these ownership restrictions, with reapplication allowed after one year.
