• Prohibits misrepresenting plant-based or lab-grown products as milk, meat, or poultry products unless labeled as "fake" or "alternative" with prominent disclosure that the product is made from plants or grown in a lab.

• Requires non-dairy milk products to include a prominent statement on packaging that the product is made from plants or grown in a lab or provide comparable disclosure.

• Adds definition of "misrepresent" to meat and poultry statutes to mean any untrue, misleading or deceptive oral or written statement, advertisement, label, display, picture, illustration or sample.

• Clarifies that regulations apply to raw milk products produced outside Arizona and establishes that raw milk and raw milk products cannot be sold or used by restaurants or similar establishments.

• Extends misrepresentation prohibitions to poultry and poultry products with same labeling and disclosure requirements as applied to meat and milk products.
