• Amends section 13-3826 of Arizona Revised Statutes to modify petition requirements for terminating sex offender registration obligations.

• Requires petitioner to be at least 35 years old at time of petition filing and to have been under 22 years old when the offense was committed.

• Expands victim age eligibility to include peace officers posing as minors or fictitious minors aged 15-17, in addition to actual victims of that age.

• Adds new requirements that petitioner was not convicted of multiple offenses involving multiple victims and was not convicted of specified sex crimes including sexual abuse, molestation, and exploitation offenses.

• Increases waiting period from current law to at least 10 years after sentencing before petitioner can be free of another felony or chapter 14 or 35.1 offense to be eligible for registration termination.
