Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Title 38, Chapter 8, Article 1 by adding section 38-1117.

Prohibits law enforcement agencies in Arizona from hiring or contracting with persons or businesses to coordinate off-duty work assignments for their officers.

Applies the prohibition to brokers in the business of providing off-duty law enforcement officer employment.

Applies the prohibition to persons holding an agency license under section 32-2613 who have employees or clients that are licensed security guards or law enforcement officers.
