Authorizes child safety workers and child safety investigators to enter schools that serve children with disabilities to investigate reports of abuse.

Defines "child" as individuals under 18 years old, and individuals ages 18-23 enrolled in high school.

Defines "child with disabilities" to include children identified under Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, children identified by school districts under Arizona education code sections 15-2403, 15-731, or 15-761, children eligible for services under section 15-763, and children with disabilities as defined in 42 U.S.C. section 12102.
