Amends Arizona law governing lien priority for condominium and planned community associations seeking to collect unpaid assessments.

Removes sellers' interests in first contracts for sale from the list of liens that take priority over association assessment liens, making association liens senior to such contract interests.

Maintains that association liens for assessments remain subordinate only to pre-declaration liens and real estate tax liens, and subordinate to first mortgages and first deeds of trust.

Applies the same assessment lien provisions to both condominium associations (A.R.S. § 33-1256) and planned community associations (A.R.S. § 33-1807).
