Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 15-183 to require charter schools to participate in and comply with the national school lunch and child nutrition acts (42 U.S.C. §§ 1751-1793).

Provides an exemption for charter schools with fewer than 100 pupils that are not currently participating in the national school lunch and child nutrition acts, allowing them to opt out if the governing body determines at a public meeting to not participate.

Makes minor technical corrections to statutory language throughout section 15-183, including grammatical edits and clarifications regarding charter school application procedures and requirements.
