Requires the legislature to increase charter school additional assistance by at least 2% beginning in fiscal year 2019-2020, and by a minimum growth rate of either 2% or the change in the GDP price deflator from the second preceding calendar year (whichever is less) for fiscal year 2020-2021 and thereafter, with a floor at the fiscal year 2019-2020 base level.

Makes technical corrections to statutory language regarding charter school financing, equalization assistance calculations, and reporting procedures.
