Amends section 32-558 of the Arizona Revised Statutes regarding cosmetology school student contracts.

Requires private cosmetology schools to execute contracts in duplicate between the school and student, with the contract form approved by the board.

Specifies that contracts must be signed by a school official and the student, or by the parent or guardian if the student is under 18 years old.

Requires the school to provide a fully executed copy of the contract to the student and retain the original copy.
