Adds Arizona Revised Statutes section 12-721 to establish the validity of unambiguous contract provisions.

Declares that an unambiguous provision in a contract is valid and enforceable when the contract was freely negotiated between parties who are each represented by an attorney during formation or negotiation.

Preserves the application of other statutes that may render a contract provision invalid or unenforceable notwithstanding this provision's requirements.
