Expands tuition waiver scholarships at Arizona universities and community colleges to include children and dependents of U.S. armed forces members or veterans with a disability rating of 30% or more from the VA

Requires the veteran parent to be an Arizona resident or stationed in Arizona at the time of the injury that caused the disability

Limits scholarships for children of disabled veterans to those 30 years of age or younger, with a maximum of 64 community college credit hours and enough university credits to complete a baccalaureate degree

Disqualifies persons convicted of a felony from receiving the tuition waiver scholarship for children of disabled veterans

Maintains existing tuition waivers for children and spouses of peace officers, firefighters, emergency paramedics, and military members killed in the line of duty, as well as for National Guard and armed forces members who received a Purple Heart
