Repeals Arizona Revised Statutes section 36-2301, which previously required physicians to take specific actions to preserve the life of a fetus delivered alive during an abortion.

Removes requirements in section 36-449.03 that abortion clinics maintain minimum equipment standards to assist physicians in complying with section 36-2301.

Removes reporting requirements in section 36-2161 that mandated physicians report whether a fetus was delivered alive during an abortion and what efforts were made to preserve its life.

Removes requirement that physicians and clinical staff certify under penalty of perjury that an aborted fetus was not delivered alive.

Eliminates provisions related to fetal resuscitation and live birth documentation from Arizona's abortion reporting and clinic regulation statutes.
