Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 28-2003 to define "recreational trailer" as a noncommercial trailer of 10,000 pounds or less gross vehicle weight designed to carry off-road recreational motor vehicles.

Sets registration fees for noncommercial recreational trailers (including recreational trailers but excluding travel trailers) at $20 for initial registration and $5 for renewal registration.

Sets transfer fee for noncommercial recreational trailers at $12.

Modifies the definition of "travel trailer" to specify maximum width of eight feet and maximum length of thirty feet (reduced from forty feet).

Updates statutory language throughout to include recreational trailers within the noncommercial trailer category and standardizes dollar amount formatting.
