AZ HB2720

Allows nonprofit medical marijuana dispensaries to transfer or assign their registration certificate if the transferring dispensary holds more than one certificate.

Requires all registration certificates held by the transferring dispensary to have been initially issued more than five years before the transfer application date.

Permits transfers only to entities with the same principal officers or board members as the transferring dispensary at the time of transfer.

Requires the transferee or assignee to meet all criteria necessary for dispensary registration certificate issuance.

Requires three-fourths affirmative vote of each house of the legislature for enactment per Arizona Constitution Article IV, Part 1, Section 1.
