Amends section 15-102 to remove reference to section 15-716 regarding opt-out rights for AIDS/acquired immune deficiency syndrome instruction, eliminating that specific parental notification requirement.

Repeals the existing section 15-716 of Arizona Revised Statutes.

Establishes a new section 15-716 requiring each school district to adopt an age-appropriate comprehensive health education curriculum covering healthy relationships, sexual violence prevention, and consent and coercion.

Removes the specific parental opt-out provision that previously allowed parents to withdraw children from instruction on acquired immune deficiency syndrome.
