Proposes constitutional amendment to allow Arizona Legislature to nominate U.S. Senate candidates through a party caucus process rather than direct primary election.

Members of each political party's house and senate caucuses would meet separately and designate two nominees per party by majority vote for the general election ballot.

For parties without legislative representation, potential nominees must be submitted to the legislature and two candidates selected by majority vote in each chamber.

No party preference candidates may be nominated through procedures established by law.

Applies the same legislative nomination process to U.S. Senate vacancies occurring through resignation or other causes.
