Proposes amendment to the Arizona Constitution to repeal Article IV, part 2, section 6, which grants legislators privilege from arrest and civil process.

Constitutional change requires approval by Arizona voters at the next general election.

If approved by voters and proclaimed by the Governor, the legislative immunity provision would be eliminated.

Secretary of State is directed to submit the proposition to voters following procedures outlined in Article XXI of the Arizona Constitution.
