Urges the United States Congress to remove the deadline for ratification of the Equal Rights Amendment (ERA).

Notes that the ERA passed Congress in 1972 with a seven-year deadline for state ratification, which was extended to June 30, 1982, but only 35 states ratified it out of the 38 needed.

States that Nevada ratified the ERA in 2017 (becoming the 36th state) and Illinois ratified it in 2018, meaning only 3 additional states are needed for the amendment to take effect if the deadline is removed.

Argues that the Constitution contains no inherent time limit on ratification and cites the 27th Amendment as an example, which was ratified 203 years after being submitted to the states.

Directs the Arizona Secretary of State to transmit copies of this resolution to the President of the United States Senate, the Speaker of the House, and each Member of Congress from Arizona.
