Designates a portion of US Route 89 between the Utah state line and Flagstaff as the "Native American Veterans Highway"

Designates portions of State Highway 264 under Navajo jurisdiction as the "Navajo Code Talker Highway" and portions under Hopi jurisdiction as the "Hopi Code Talker Highway"

Designates a portion of US Route 160 between the New Mexico state line and the junction with US Route 89 as the "Native American Women Veterans Highway"

Directs the Arizona Department of Transportation to approve, place and maintain signage identifying the designated highways

Requires the Secretary of State to transmit copies of the resolution to the Director of ADOT, the President of the Navajo Nation, and the Chairperson of the Hopi Tribe
