House Resolution condemning violence and intimidation by white nationalist and neo-Nazi organizations.

Members of the House of Representatives denounce the totalitarian impulses, violent terrorism, xenophobic biases and bigoted ideologies promoted by white nationalists and neo-Nazis.

House supports law enforcement in recognizing white nationalist and neo-Nazi groups as terrorist organizations and pursuing their criminal elements with the same effort used against other forms of terrorism.

Secretary of State shall transmit copies of the resolution to the President of the United States, President of the Senate, Speaker of the House, and all Members of Congress from Arizona.

Resolution references the August 12, 2017 Charlottesville, Virginia events as evidence that white nationalism and neo-Nazism remain threats to social and racial progress.
