Allows insurers to voluntarily provide policyholders with a summary of policy coverages and exclusions that includes brief descriptions and a prominent notice that the summary is informational only and the actual policy controls.

Requires any policy summary to include a notice in contrasting color or bold type stating the summary does not reflect all coverages and exclusions and that the policy controls in case of conflict.

Clarifies that providing a policy summary does not obligate insurers to provide summaries at renewal or for other policies, and summaries cannot alter actual policy terms or confer additional rights.

Prohibits insurers from providing summaries containing false, misleading, or deceptive statements, with violations treated as unfair trade practices under Arizona insurance law.

Does not create a private right of action for violations of this section.
