Appropriates $1,500,000 from the state general fund in fiscal year 2019-2020 to the Department of Economic Security for a statewide information and referral service.

The statewide service covers health care services, community services, human services, and governmental services.

The Department of Economic Security may provide the service directly or contract with a private entity.

The service provider must use 2-1-1 three-digit dialing access and obtain accreditation through a national alliance for information and referral systems.
