Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 20-112 to change the word "code" to "title" in the statute relating to existing actions or violations under insurance law.

Clarifies that the repeal of any insurance law does not affect rights accrued, actions commenced, or unlawful acts committed prior to January 1, 1955.

Specifies that all proceedings conducted on or after January 1, 1955 regarding such matters must conform to applicable provisions of the title insofar as possible.

Provides that repealed insurance laws continue in force only to the extent necessary to carry out this provision.
