Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 41-606 regarding the Department of Veterans' Services acting as executor, administrator, guardian, or conservator.

Changes the language in subsection A from "conditioned upon" to "conditioned on" regarding the corporate surety bond's terms.

Maintains the $500,000 corporate surety bond requirement that the department must post with the secretary of state.

Allows the department to act without additional bond in cases where appointed as administrator, executor, guardian, or conservator, as ordered by the court.

Authorizes courts to charge each estate for its share of bond premiums, to be paid from estate assets and deposited in the state general fund as determined by the department.
