Prohibits psychotherapists from providing conversion therapy to anyone under 18 years old, regardless of consent from the minor or their parents or legal guardians.

Defines conversion therapy as any practice or treatment that seeks to change sexual orientation or gender identity, including efforts to change behaviors, gender expressions, or romantic/sexual attractions to same-gender persons.

Excludes from the definition legitimate treatments that assist with gender transition or provide acceptance, support, coping assistance, and identity exploration without seeking to change sexual orientation or gender identity.

Applies to psychiatrists, homeopathic physicians, psychologists, and behavioral health professionals licensed under Arizona law.

Subjects violating psychotherapists to disciplinary action by their respective health profession regulatory boards.
