Repeals Arizona Revised Statutes Section 15-111, which prohibited courses on ethnic resentment, ethnic stereotyping, and ethnic resentment in schools.

Repeals Arizona Revised Statutes Section 15-112, which prohibited courses designed primarily for pupils of a particular ethnic group or advocating ethnic resentment toward any ethnic group.

Removes restrictions on school curricula that had limited courses related to ethnic studies and ethnic history.
