Amends Arizona law to allow independent voters (those registered without a political party designation) to participate in presidential preference elections by selecting a political party's ballot.

Independent voters can express their preference for a presidential candidate of the political party of their choice at the election, rather than being restricted to their registration status.

Presidential preference elections continue to be held on the Tuesday immediately following March 15 in presidential election years, unless the governor issues a proclamation for a later date.

All existing election procedures, canvassing methods, and legal provisions for primary elections apply to presidential preference elections.
